give ur child the best food.


hye.
parents today are busy with their works and do not enough time to spend their time with their lil kids.early in the morning they prepare their child's need and send them to nursery.then they'll pick up them in the evening.half of the day they let others to take care of their children and spend about hours with them. parents nowadays do not have any choice unless the mother is housewife.this means that they missed the part preparing their child's food.

kids need sufficient calcium,iron,vitamins and fat.hence parents shud know what kind of food that they need to give to their children.they have to consider daily menu whether it is good or bad. the main thing is to make sure the food is healthy and balance.please dnt give ur child a very high cholesterol menu such as fast food.this will give bad impact to ur child in a long term period.

some children are hard to eat and almost parents in the world have to face this situation.in many time they'll force their child to eat.Although they don't want to get in the habit of forcing their kids to eat foods they don't like or make them "clean" their plates, there are lots of healthy foods kids like. Parents often overlook these healthy foods and go straight to what they think are more "kid-friendly foods," such as hot dogs, pizza, French fries, chicken nuggets, juice and soda.

well.kids more attract with something interesting.this will enhance their appetite and eats more. so.the main point here is parents have to be more creative serving their children's food. pics below will guide u on how to present an interesting meal for ur children. :)

teenage is synonym with health.why? ohh because at this level of age, everyone wants to look like an angle.beautiful.handsome.everything must be perfect. =.='
well there's no wrong at all. its called a desire to have a good figure in public.

doing indoor or outdoor activities both have its own benefits.so ones dnt just simply say that if they dont want an outdoor activity, they dnt have to exercise or doing vigorous activity.this is a negative thought.
one of an outdoor activity that is interesting and fun is camping. this is one of the recreational sports.

for teenagers,camping is the best activities.thus such xtvt must be include in school's co-curriculum.
here i want to share about a camping held in Taman Negara.
on 8 sept, 1 ppismp ipgkti went to Endau-Rompin to fulfill one of the activity for Sport Recreational subject. the objective of this camping is to expose the students to the nature. there is a lots of vigorous activity likes jungle tracking and rafting. indirectly, all of the activities need someone to be very fit and healthy. if students are sick and do not have a very good stamina, they didn't  be able to do the activities.

again we'll talk about our health..again and again.boring aite?hahah..yess.me too.
but hey.who doesnt want a very good body condition? anyone?
lets share some information.

in this post, i'll update u with a super informative things.BALANCED DIET. 
food is the crucial things in life where we get the energy and source of vitamins that needed in our body.
thus, what we eat is very important.
we should start make a list of our menu everyday. from breakfast until supper.
this is the best way to control us from eating lots and also to make sure what we eat is balance.

Balanced diet menu

If you have come to realize that you are getting out of control when it comes to planning a balanced diet and maintaining a regular schedule, maybe it’s time to stop eating based on impulses and start eating based on a preconceived and well thought out balanced diet menu.
As long as you take the time to sit down and think of a complete and balanced meal plan that you can follow, you should have done half of the hard work when it comes to eating healthy.
If your balanced diet menu has the proper mix of food from all different categories, then you should be set. Your biggest goal is maximizing your essential vitamins and minerals while making sure to kick any of the stuff that is high in calories, sugars, and fats.
Just make sure that you have all of the proper elements that are in a completely balanced diet menu for you and you should have no problems at all when it comes to actually creating meals that you will love and will enjoy eating over time.
The most important thing to remember with the diet and with your balanced diet menu specifically is to remember that you are the one who needs to enjoy the foods.
Don’t plan an idea out if you don’t actually want to eat it, otherwise you will not enjoy your food and you will be far less likely to love it (and also follow it) when it actually comes time to eat the meal itself.
One of the best ideas could be to start off with other meals that you like, and then either create those in a whole new way or even add in some new twists and ingredients yourself.
Overall, a balanced diet menu does not have to be items that are carefully measured to the nearest tenth of a gram or a drop to ensure your dieting success.
You simply have to come up with a plan that will allow you to achieve the results that you desire to. Set yourself up for success, and you will be proud when you have finally reached your goals.

stay healthy.

 as teenagers we keep thinking about our own body.everyone of us want a perfect,good looking body. who doesnt right? so,here i give u some tips on how to stay healthy and fit.

1.Eat Balanced Food


It’s OK to eat for taste or for fun and eat whatever you like most but only occasionally. Remember, if you develop bad eating habits then you would have to pay its price in the shape of bad health and illness. Hope you are wise enough not to play with your health.

Eat a wide variety of foods containing a good balance of carbohydrates, vitamins, food fiber and minerals, which are essential elements of a healthy diet. Eat simple and natural foods that are easily digestable and promote good health. Fruits, vegetables, green leaves, grains, whole grain breads, fish, poultry, low fat dairy products, honey, nuts etc. are good and nourishing food. Limit you intake of full-fat milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, chocolate, ice cream, milk shakes, cakes, eggs, all kind of fried foods, red meat, sugar and salt.


2.Exercise Regularly


A simple way of living a healthy life is to exercise regularly. Regular exercise keeps your body in good shape, physically as well as mentally. It increases your stamina, builds and tones your muscles and energize your whole body. It also reduces the chances of having heart attacks, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Engage yourself in some kind of regular exercise of your own choice; brisk walking, jogging, hiking, swimming, dancing, cycling, skiing, climbing, aerobics or yoga. These are good exercises. Choose one or more exercises which you like most. Do it regularly. Give top priority to your health. Put it in your agenda. Make it a part of your goal.


3.Get Rid of Negativity


If you are a person with negative approach to everything then nothing will work for you. Even eating the balanced diet and taking part in regular physical activity will not show any sign of recovery in your body if it is charged with negativity. Get rid of negative feelings about yourself and others. Think positive, feel positive, be friendly with positive people, read a lot of self improvement and motivational material and charge your body with positive currents. Depression, stress, tension and anxiety are the products of negative thinking about life and thus increases your chances of having a heart attack and other diseases like colon cancer, high blood pressure, indigestion problems, gastric troubles, body pains, headaches etc. Find the reasons of depression and try to address them through positive thinking and a sensible approach to day to day problems. Learn from your mistakes and try your best not to repeat them. Get rid of negativity and enjoy a healthy life!
